We’re excited to officially announce our tenth quarterly Bowalition fan art contest! This contest, generously funded by our patrons, is a great opportunity for all artistic Otherverse and Parahumans lovers to flex their art muscles and win some awesome prizes!
Despite only being a Pale Reflections contest, we’re allowing submissions from Pale, Pact, and Parahumans (Worm and Ward)! Basically, everything Wilbow that’s been covered by Doof in the past or present! The future isn’t here yet though, so no Twig.
The Rules:
1) The theme of this contest is “The Power of the Holidays.” We’re asking you to create artwork that features this concept, either literally or figuratively in the word of the Otherverse or Parahumans. This is a pretty open theme so feel free to interpret it any way you wish. Go wild, get creative! Just make sure it features some Pale, Pact, Worm or Ward characters or setting and uses this theme
2) The contest begins right now and submissions will be accepted until Monday January 4th at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time
3) Please submit your artwork to fanart@doofmedia.com and include “Fan Art Contest #10” in your subject header.
4) Please include a title with your entry and what name you would like to be displayed under. Additionally, please include which Wildbow story your entry relates to.
5) Only one submission per artist!
6) Please submit your artwork in high resolution.
The Contest:
Once all submissions are received, we will send screenshots of each image as well as a user poll out to all Doof! Patrons, who get an opportunity to vote on their favorite artwork. The one with the most votes wins! The voting will be patron-only, so if you’d like to participate in selecting the winner, consider donating a dollar a month to support Pale Reflections and all the Doof! Media Podcasts!
The Prize:
The winner of the contest will receive a $100 USD cash prize! And the runner-up will receive a $25 prize as well!
