CAN I BUY MULTIPLE TICKETS?
Yes! But we do have very limited space for the tour packages, so ticket sales are capped at 4 tickets per buyer.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY TOUR PACKAGES?
Saturday Tour Packages mean the SK Tour will be on Saturday, June 15. Sunday Tour Packages mean the SK Tour will be on Sunday, June 16. All tickets include the live event on the evening of Saturday, June 15.
LODGING & TRANSPORTATION
HOW DO I BOOK A HOTEL ROOM?
Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own lodging. That said: We have reserved a block of rooms at the Bangor Hotel Grande. Tour package buyers (Annie Wilkes and Ka-Tet) will receive an email after purchase indicating how to take advantage of a reduced room rate of $99 per night while supplies last. Event ticket buyers are encouraged to stay at the same hotel, but Bangor has other hotels and lodging that you can find online.
HOW DO I GET TO BANGOR?
Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own transportation. Bangor has an international airport, but you may find that flights will be stopping in larger cities like New York or Boston. Annie Wilkes tour package buyers will be supplied with transportation to and from the tour and lunch unless otherwise notified.
ORDER CHANGES, TRANSFERS, AND T-SHIRTS
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you want to change your ticket purchase (for instance, between tour packages or to an event-only ticket), you’ll need to email kingslingerstix@gmail.com with the subject line CHANGE ORDER. It will take up to 5 days to cancel your order.
CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKETS?
If you created an account on TicketSpice, you have an option to transfer your tickets at any time. Otherwise, you’ll need to cancel your tickets on or before March 31 to get a full refund. T-shirt purchases will not be transferred; the transfer recipient will need to buy their own shirts.
When you transfer tickets, the recipient of the tickets will get a link to this site inviting them to purchase the tickets. Once they purchase the tickets from the site, your ticket order will be zeroed out and a refund issued.
T-SHIRT PURCHASES
In order to ensure t-shirts arrive at the venue in a timely fashion, t-shirts purchased by ticketholders on or after May 1 may be shipped to you for an additional $8 shipping and handling fee. On or after May 1, T-shirts ordered on or before April 30 cannot be refunded.
CAN I BUY A T-SHIRT IF I’M NOT ATTENDING?
Not at this time. We may open up t-shirt purchases with a shipping and handling fee at a much later date, but to preserve our sanity, we are not currently shipping t-shirts at this time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
WHAT DOES CANCELLATION MEAN?
Cancellation means you will be refunded for your purchase and your tickets will be returned to the queue. For t-shirts, it means you will be refunded, and you will not receive a t-shirt.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To cancel your order, you MUST forward your confirmation email to kingslingerstix@gmail.com as soon as possible with the subject line CANCEL. This enables us to refund your order in as timely a manner as possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CANCEL?
It may take up to 5 – 10 days to process your cancellation and refund.
EVENT CANCELLATION
If the event is cancelled due to uncontrollable, unforeseen circumstances (such as government regulations or natural disasters), all ticket purchases will be fully refunded 100%.
EARLY CANCELLATION: MARCH 31
Early cancellation enables grants you a 100% refund of the tickets or items you want to cancel. The deadline for early cancellation is March 31. It will take 5-10 days to process your refund.
PARTIAL REFUND CANCELLATION: APRIL 30
Partial refund grants you a 50% refund of the you want to cancel. Partial refund cancellation runs from April 1 – April 30. It will take 5-10 days to process your refund.
NO REFUND CANCELLATION: AFTER APRIL 30
Tickets cancelled on or after May 1 will not be refunded and will be returned to the ticketing queue. You may want to try to transfer these tickets (see above). It will take 5-10 days to process your refund.
T-SHIRT ORDER CANCELLATION
T-shirts ordered on or before April 30 cannot be refunded. We can ship to you with a shipping and handling fee of $8. It will take 5-10 days to process your refund and 6-8 weeks to ship your t-shirt after the event.
