Every month a new challenger nominates a film and the venerated Council of El argue and vote to decide if it is worthy of being added to the collection of the best films our planet has to offer. This month, Scott takes on the role of challenger and nominates The Wachowski’s criminally underrated 2008 film Speed Racer. Both Chad and Adrian are back as well to cast their votes.
