Player Characters

Tex: Real name Rusty, played by Michael. Texan cape, long-time member of the High Rollers. Triggered after years of disregard and abuse by his father. Powers: Healing, and other effects, via a green mold that he applies via touch.

Metric: Real name Chad, played by Daniel. Young high-achiever with a lot to prove. Triggered when he was rejected from every college he applied to. Powers: Tinker, drones/AI, kitsch.

Brainfog: Real name Billy. Played by Scott. Dumb jock who’s been working as a small-time mugger for a few months. Triggered due to an embarrassing event at prom. Powers: Breaker/Changer state, Master/Stranger memory manipulation.

High Rollers

Fixer: Chainsmoking woman who works in the back of the Eightball. Powers: Trump-tinker, can remove or alter power effects, “puts things back the way they were”.

Flicker: High Rollers’ top assassin. Powers: ???

Helter-Skelter: Snake Eyes’ right hand man. Powers: Combat thinker who becomes better the more complicated and chaotic the situation.

Lickspittle: Downtrodden but eager to please. Powers: You find him incredibly annoying. (concept credit: Freeboota)

Lightfinger: Lackey of Snake Eyes. Powers: Mover – teleportation, with a twist.

Negative: Wears a black-and-white costume. Coward. Powers: Can phase himself and others out of reality.

Pit Boss: Former leader. Deceased. Powers: Thinker ability focused on keeping things contained.

Rabble: High Rollers muscle. Powers: ???

Sealed: High Rollers muscle. Powers: Striker, makes people or objects he touches extremely adhesive. Adhesive properties under his control.

Snake Eyes: Gang leader. Sibilant voice, snake themed costume. Powers: Stunning presence.

Snooker: High Rollers muscle. Powers: Fires blasts which impart a telekinetic force to their targets.

Protectorate

Double Jeopardy: Protectorate scrub. Powers: Apparently not a Mover. He knows what you did.

Eyes and Ears: Agoraphobic woman living alone in her palatial estate. Powers: Can see and hear through the senses of anyone she sees – and anyone they see – with unknown limits.

Hex: Sassy young Protectorate member. Powers: Can strengthen allies and curse adversaries.

Intercept: A mysterious history with Rusty. Powers: ???.

Paragon: Tall, strong, handsome, wears a cape. What a dork. Powers: Flight, strength, ???.

Radiant: Templar-themed squad leader, white armor. Powers: Breaker state as a sphere of quick-moving bright light.

Loose Cannons

Fugazi: Wears a circuit-board bodysuit, in a relationship with Grail. Powers: Replicant tinker.

Grail: Woman in motorcycle leathers stitched with a red chalice. Powers: Cluster cape. Striker, anchor target to location; Thinker, detects blood nearby; Tinker, makes equipment resistant to chemical/biological attacks.

Mook: Dresses like an unpowered thug, wears a plain ski mask. Powers: Gets out of situations, somehow.

Poke: Looks kinda like Santa Claus. Leader of the Loose Cannons. Powers: Can create a personal pocket dimension occupying any enclosed space.
